My name is Victoria Venable and I am a Professional Selling, Management major graduating this upcoming May. Through hard work and dedication studying at Baylor, I have created opportunities that have allowed me to be successful here. During my time at Baylor I have been a Dean’s List recipient and placed 3rd in AT&T’s Marketing Innovation Competition. Through my sorority, I’ve served as a leader in the formal recruitment process and have volunteered with Stepping Out and Urban Experience. On top of being devoted to my studies and extracurriculars, I also work as an Independent Sales Consultant for Rodan + Fields.

 

This summer I had pleasure to intern with Blend Supply. There I had the opportunity to work in the Marketing and Purchasing Departments before ultimately working in the Sales Department. At Blend Supply, I thought critically to grow customer engagement through generating original marketing content and writing articles for the company’s newsletter. While in the Sales Department, I generated leads, called on customers, and observed the daily operations of Sales Managers and Account Executives. During my internship, I also completed Grant Cardone’s Beginner and Intermediate Sales Training Courses.

 

Through my success at Baylor, work experience with Rodan + Fields and opportunity interning at Blend Supply, I’ve showed strong integrity and a steadfast drive; being both self-managing and goal-oriented. I’m looking forward to what the future holds after graduation and would also love to answer any questions y’all may have me. Thank you for y’all’s time.
